Return Policy

Because merchandise is produced to order for a limited drop, pre-orders can be cancelled and fully refunded up until the point your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, standard return rules below apply.

If you change your mind, unworn items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags where applicable.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.

Need a different size? Unworn items can be exchanged for another size subject to stock availability. Return shipping for change-of-size exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return or exchange, contact us through the contact form on this site with your order number and reason. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please send returns with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned unless the damage is a manufacturing fault.
