These terms govern your use of the Rabindra Dhant official merchandise store and any pre-orders placed for delivery within Australia and New Zealand.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Pre-Orders
All merchandise is offered on a pre-order basis. Payment is collected at the time of checkout to reserve your unit from a limited drop.
Pre-orders are scheduled to ship before the 28 August 2026 fight date. While we aim to deliver by fight day, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST where required. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
4. Shipping Area
We ship to Australia and New Zealand only. Orders with a shipping address outside these countries will be cancelled and refunded.
5. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our Return Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed delivery or product availability.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance.
